Build trust from the first time.

Invite your new guests for an energy drink or a vitamin shake. Let them try everything in the FC.

Even if they don’t decide immediately, give them a T-shirt with your logo and a business card with your number.

You must know your rivals, but mustn’t follow them.

You have to be honest.

If something is wrong you must admit it. When you admit something, you show honesty and you have a good chance to win your customer’s trust.

If you cannot be the first…

make a new category where you can.

Are you good in your profession?

Do your friends and relations know it? WHY NOT? Do you want a free and easy option to promote yourself?  Just tell them. Talk about your profession, how good and reliable you are. How many relationships you have? A few hundreds? Every people have other hundreds… Do I have to continue?

When someone – from this network – looking for a specialist, like you… Someone else will remember you.

Do you know the “90-day-rule” ?

This is an off-line thesis about clients and customers. When you have got a customer yet but more then 90 days you haven’t communicate him – you have to get him again. From the start field.

But what about your on-line visitors? 90 days? Don’t make me laugh!! : ) Months? Sometimes you have days!!!!!

Do you have a target group?

If not, how can you make targeted ads? You just waste your money… You have to form a target group you shoot. Otherwise you just shoot without real effect.

Forget on-line marketing…

if you have a hot-dog box on the corner. Your very simple weapons could be:

• Be nice with your neighbours : ) (other shops, corner shops).
• Try to notice your old customers’ taste.
• Make delicious food. (Do you think it’s obvious? Hmm… Just try your rivals’ food. It could be a big surprise! : D )
• Keep clean the enviroment around you.

Just listen!

Guests, visitors, clients and customers always say a lot of sentence with this:

Ask their opinion and listen to their wishes.

Where are your customers?

Do you have any idea where are they when not in your shop? What is their favourite sport? Do they have any special mark?

You must know your target group. To know them – it is not an extra task – it is the basic.

Are you afraid of your own customers?

Not? Really? Do you send letters or call them sometimes? Or just let them do what they want?

Counselling is not equal with teaching.

If you are a counsellor, you don’t have to teach your clients. They don’t need definitions and scientific background. They need working solutions.
