Fitness Club I. – Moved from Free Ideas

Do you have a fitness club? Do you want new and fit visitors?

Look around your club’s neighbourhood. How many companies and shops are there? Are there any other special clubs sor groups? (sport, dance, therapy, etc…) They would be good targets for your visitor collecting tour.

Prepare for the work, because you have to do this yourself. You have to manage a meeting with the boss. Why is it so important? Because you are also a boss, so you have to negotiate on your level. If you can’t reach him/her personally send him an e-mail or normal letter. Tell him you want to know more about their business and to find out how you could cooperate. If they are interested in your thought, offer a meeting date.

This article supposes you are an experienced negotiator, so I don’t need to write about discussion.  (If not, ask more help in comment.)

You have different possibilities:

  • You can offer your partners free services or discounts, free tickets for their help or a fair barter business.
  • Shops (sport, fashion, healthy food, pharmacy): you promote their posters and vouchers if they also do it with yours in their shops. They can give your small voucher for their buyers.
  • Restaurants: ask them to give your voucher their guests who order salads or other healthy food. You can order these meals from their restaurant for your „healty-corner”.
